Walking Stars is a non competitive, walking event which is open to everybody aged 14 and above, of any fitness level. A half marathon is a challenging distance to walk, but with training and some preparation is an achievable goal by most men and women.

To get the most enjoyment from the event its best to start your training as early as you can, use our training plans and healthy eating guide. If you have any concerns please consult your GP before you begin your training.
