A half marathon is a challenging distance to walk, but with training and some preparation is a very achievable goal. Whether you choose to power walk, stride or stroll we have a plan to suit you. 

You'll receive access to your training plans when you register along with a simple 10 step healthy eating plan put together by Nutritionist Claire Turnbull which will have a lasting impact on your health and well being.

The Cancer Society have provided advice on simple changes you can make in your life, which will not only help with your preparation for Walking Stars but could also reduce your cancer risk.
